Basic Breakfast Muffins

Looking for the easiest yummy breakfast?! These will definitely meet your needs with so many options and variations.  Once you mix together the basics you can take the muffin cups so many different directions. I stayed pretty simple and used blueberries topped with chia seeds. They can be eaten warm or cold and I usually prepare it the way I would oatmeal. Milk, yogurt, extra cinnamon and maybe a few chocolate chips. I made some in my mini muffin tins which made them the perfect size for my little niece which thought they were great all on their own.

Staying Active In a Small Town

live in a small town in Saskatchewan, as per google, we have a population of 1,061 people. I am a transplant from the city, over the last year and a half I have slowly adjusted to this slower pace of living. It has actually been so refreshing and was the best choice for my husband and I. Here in Eston, I have still been able to continue personal training and multiple group classes out of my home gym. We don’t have a ton of options for activity and fitness so I am thankful that I can play a small role in our community.
