You do not need to be a baker to make these super simple, 10 ingredient brownies!
So.. Lets get it going!
Preheat oven to 350
Add all ingredients (except the chocolate chips) to food processor or blender. Blend until fairly smooth and well combined. MIx In chocolate chips by hand! Poor into lightly greased 8X8 inch pan. Add extra choc. chips on top if you desire! (It makes them look fancier!)
Bake for 15-18 mins. Pull out from oven and let them cool a little before devouring!
1 1/2 cups black beans (1 15-oz can, drained and rinsed very well)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup pure maple syrup, honey, or agave
OR 2 tbsp sugar (or omit and increase maple syrup to 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup coconut or vegetable oil (coconut oil tastes better IMO)
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup to 2/3 cup chocolate chips (Not optional. Omit at your own risk.)
