Hi, Im Denise, Creator of this guide. Maybe your like me, I had ran countless fun runs and 10k's. but never a half marathon. It always seemed to hard or such a big commitment. Besides, I wasn't a "runner", how could I do it?!

One summer I decided I wanted to do it, I wanted to prove to myself that I could stick with running for 10 whole weeks!

I found and booked a race, I made training a priority, and before I knew it, it was race weekend! I accomplished my goal and actually beat my racetime goal!

It was then that I realised I CAN do hard things!
