WIth the expectant mother in mind, our goal is to empower women with knowledge, support and exercise to meet each challenge of pregnancy. These workouts have been carefully designed to adapt and change with you. Each trimester changes with proper modifications to keep both mom-to-be and baby  safe.

With this program we want mom to feel strong and ready for the events of birth. With proper modifications we can lessen or avoid common postpartum issues including: back pain, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, urine leakage, prevention or minimizing the effects of Diastasis Recti.
